I admit it, I love shoes!
And not just shoes.
Boots, clogs, slippers and flip-flops!
The pipeliner gives me heck because I own so many pairs!
My feet haven't changed size since 7th grade. Thats a lot of shoes I have held onto since then.
They are coming back in style too!
These would be my latest addition!
I can't wait till its warm enough for the strappy high heeled pair!
But most of the time at the farm I tend to wear these:
Nothing like a pair of comfy tennis shoes.
But if I were really truthful most of my summer time is spent in flip flops.
And when most days are spent working in the garden,
my feet tend to look like this!
A pedicure please!?
Liz

Oh Liz, my feet have so been there done that. Nothing is sexier than some seriously dirty feet!
ReplyDeleteIt seems a lot of us gals have confessed to having had such dirty tootsies! A womens work can be that way sometime! lol...Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI love flip flops and wear them for as long as I can into the fall.
ReplyDeleteI wear them until my feet turn blue sometimes! lol..Can't wait for flip flop weather!
DeleteThose feet look like mine! I'm seriously shoe challenged because I love bare feet.
ReplyDeleteForgot to mention that I'm your newest follower through GFC.
DeleteI love to go barefoot as much as I can! What girl doesn't right? Thanks for stopping by and becoming a follower!

Hey, your feet may be garden-soil-adorned (that's couture-speak for dirty) but at least they have painted nails! Hi, Liz - my first time here, I love the pic of your beagle pup!
ReplyDeleteThe painted nails make them a little more attractive. lol.. We sure love our beagle, Molly. Thank you for stopping by and dropping me a line!

One of the first things I do when I come home, is take off my shoes and run around barefoot or in the winter I put on a pair of slippers. My feet continuously need a pedicure.
ReplyDeleteOh I haven't had a pedicure in ages! And am definitely in need of one too!
DeleteI love shoes too! And clothes and purses and old houses and antique furniture. You're a girl after my own hearts! :)
ReplyDeleteNew GFC follower. I can't wait to see the pictures you post from the farmhouse rehab.

This was fun!! I couldn't convince my hubby to take a pic of my farm attire, then I remembered the foot pic. I spent the morning laughing at all of the posts. Thanks again!
DeleteI love shoes, too! I wear my rubber boots around the homestead during the winter then in the summertime I break out my tennis shoes. I like the pair of sandals on the left in your first photo - really cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for visiting my blog and commenting! Have a great day :)
Oh a good pair of mudders are a must this time of year! Can't wait for sandals season. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteLOL - toooooo funny!
ReplyDeleteAND I can see the flip flop tan line LMHO...............
You do have a pedicure - it's called the " gardener's country look "
and it's the RAGE
Thanks so much for joining in - I'll be coming back because I've been laughing every time

This was such a fun party! These gals posts had me laughing all morning!
DeleteI love that look coming straight out of the garden!!!
ReplyDeleteSadly thats the way they look almost all summer long! lol..Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteHa!!!! My feet look like that all the time too!!! I can never keep them looking completely dirt free!!! I love those strappy shoes...adorable!!! I am in need of a pedicure as well but the hubs always laughs because they just get so dirty again!!!
ReplyDeleteThe way my feet look most of the summer I am almost embarassed to get a pedicure. Hurry up warm weather so I can put those sandals on!!
DeleteI bet you sport a strappy tan line from the flip flops too! My grandmother used to keep a dishpan of foot-washing water by the back door. Very funny post on your shoe collection.
ReplyDeleteMy tan line stays well into November! lol.. I keep the hose by the back door for a quick spray off. I think a dishpan sounds better. Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteYou are so awesome for doing this!! I love it! I never get to wear flip-flops here on the farm and I'm envious of your tan line you dirty girl! I do sport a pretty awesome farmgirl tan once I get out into the fields...but still, no flip-flops! Thanks for joining in and linking up today! If you're brave enough to do it again, I'll let you know what next months theme will be!
ReplyDeleteThis was so much fun Danni! I sure enjoyed reading everybodys posts. It made this dark dreary day much brighter. Can't wait to see what next month holds. Thanks for hosting and thanks for inviting me!

Well, your feet are fancier than mine. I don't even paint my toe nails anymore. LOL!
ReplyDeleteFarmhouse hugs,
Cindy
I think the paint adds a little help to those poor tootsies!
DeleteI often sport that look myself during summer, fab darling just fab!
ReplyDeleteWhat a hoot this party was! I am sure a lot of other women sport this summer look too!
DeleteI wish I still had a garden to get my feet dirty in. Enjoy! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for doing this! I can't wear flip=flops to garden anymore, after the incident with the copperhead. That was my "welcome to the south" moment!
ReplyDeleteLooks like I better go back and read your copperhead story!! I wouldn't garden anymore if I ran into one of them! The party was a blast!
DeleteCute post! I think a lot of us can relate to the garden dirt adorned tootsies! :)
ReplyDeleteYou are right, lots of us women confess to having the dirt between the toes look! lol... Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteLove the tan line on the feet. I used to have those - one from flip flops and one from golf shoes. I was quite colorful! I like those strappy high-healed sandals!
ReplyDeleteMy tan lines are still there from last year! One of the ladies I worked with had the golfer tan too! Her foot looked like it had a sockie on it all year. Hurry up flip-flop weather!!
DeleteYep, my feet look like your feet. Cute little garden! AND I love the silver looking sandals in the first pic.
ReplyDeleteThose silver ones are so comfortable too! Can't wait for flip flop weather.
ReplyDeleteYou have a very nice garden and cute dog and I'm jealous of your still 7th grade size feet. Mine went up a size and half with pregnancies.
