We are not allowed to raise them in our subdivision either but I have 30, our neighbor has a dozen or so, my other neighbor has two goats (also prohibited). So far no one has tried to stop us. Maybe my husband looks too scary??? I've toyed with the idea. I think I would love them in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. But not keen on going out into the cold to care for them in the Winter.
